We don't profit from your AI usage. So we help you use less of it.
AI usage, meeting transcription and document processing are passed on at cost, so David using more earns us nothing.
That's why automations run as code rather than calling AI on every run, and why falling AI prices reach you, not us: the same plan does more each month.

Users is your seat cap. Search is compressed capacity across all your indexed data (documents, emails, and meetings). A 50GB mailbox typically compresses to about 3GB.

If your business is flying and needs extra usage, pay-as-you-go top-ups are available on every plan. Worried about extra spend? Don't be. Most companies feel the benefits without regular top-ups, and if your credits do run low, we don't stop your service: we hold back the higher-priced AI models and switch to a competent, lower-cost one, so your core operations keep working until you top up or your allowance resets.

How credits work
One credit, any provider
Every AI provider prices differently. Credits put them all on one scale, and David picks the right model for each task, so you never have to compare them.
A shared company pool
Your monthly free credit allowance is a company-wide pool worth 50% of your plan value. Admins direct it where it's needed most, across teams and projects, and top up on demand if a busy month calls for it.
Credits go further over time
As AI gets cheaper, each credit does more. Same plan, same price, more work done every month.

Published conversion rates
We publish what a credit buys with each provider, so you can check the rate we charge against the price we pay, and watch it improve as provider costs fall.
Usage dashboard
Your dashboard shows which AI providers are handling your work and how many credits each consumes. No black box. You see which models are doing the work.
