How we think about pricing
Our incentive is to maximise the value of every token, never your token spend.
Our core philosophy is this: we want to align our incentives with yours. This is why we don't add margin on services that we orchestrate for you, including AI token spend, transcription services for meetings, or conversion of docs to searchable formats. We enable you to leverage and manage these services across your organisation, but aren't trying to maximise spend on them. We want the highest ROI for you, and the appreciation for David that comes with it.
As AI pricing evolves, the David team is a partner that gives you secure access to the latest and greatest, best bang-for-buck models, and each credit buys you more.
What you pay for
David access & modules
Your plan covers the David platform, plus any per-company module add-ons relevant to your sector. This is our margin: clear, fixed, and on the invoice.

Users is your seat cap. Search is compressed capacity across all your indexed data (documents, emails, and meetings). A 50GB mailbox typically compresses to about 3GB.

How credits work
One credit, any provider
David uses multiple AI providers, each with different token costs. We normalise everything into credits so you never think about which model costs what. David picks the right model for the task, and you just spend credits.
A shared company pool
Your monthly free credit allowance is a company-wide pool worth 50% of your plan value. Admins direct it where it's needed most, across teams and projects, and top up on demand if a busy month calls for it.
Credits go further over time
As AI models get faster and cheaper, each credit buys more compute. Your plan stays the same price but handles more work every month. The value of your subscription improves automatically.

For every plan, we show you how much funds the David platform and how much comes back to you as free credits. No bundled mystery pricing.
Published conversion rates
We publish the conversion rates between AI provider tokens and David credits. You can see what each credit buys, and how that rate improves as provider costs fall.
Usage dashboard
Your dashboard shows which AI providers are handling your work and how many credits each consumes. No black box. You see which models are doing the work.
