Every seat you pay for has two components. We show you both, clearly, so you always know where your money goes.
Platform contribution
What you pay for David
A fixed amount per seat that covers the David platform itself — your tenant infrastructure, integrations, security, support, and ongoing development. This is the same across all tiers.
Credit allowance
What you pay for AI
The rest goes to credits, which map directly to AI provider costs. When David does work, credits are consumed. Credits are normalised across providers — one credit is one credit, regardless of which model handled the task. We publish the conversion rates so you can see exactly what you're paying.

How credits work
One credit, any provider
David uses multiple AI providers, each with different token costs. We normalise everything into credits so you never think about which model costs what. David picks the right model for the task — you just spend credits.
Personal + shared pool
Your credit allowance splits 50/50. Half is reserved for you personally — always available, never touched by colleagues. Half goes into a shared company pool that the organisation directs where it's needed most.
Credits go further over time
As AI models get faster and cheaper, each credit buys more compute. Your plan stays the same price but handles more work every month. The value of your subscription improves automatically.

We publish the conversion rates between AI provider tokens and David credits. You can see what each credit buys, and how that rate improves as provider costs fall.

Your dashboard shows which AI providers are handling your work and how many credits each consumes. No black box — you see which models are doing the work.
