3. Data Isolation

Each customer's data is logically isolated with per-tenant key prefixes, identifiers, and access boundaries. Your data is never shared with or accessible to another customer. See our Security page for technical details.

4. Third-Party AI Providers

David uses AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) to process requests. Only the minimum necessary context — your prompt and relevant task data — is sent to these providers. We select providers whose API data policies prohibit training on customer data. Your files, credentials, conversation history, and organisational knowledge remain on our infrastructure and are never sent to AI providers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@meetdavid.ai.
